Organic Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
Dry ingredients
3 cups organic whole wheat pastry flour
3 cups organic unbleached white flour
2 cups grain sweetened chocolate chips
1\4 teas. sea salt
Blend the following wet ingredients
1 lb organic peanut butter
3\4 cup organic canola or corn oil
2 1\2 cups agave syrup
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
Set aside the chocolate chips and mix the wet ingredients with the dry. Fold them together with a runbber bladed spatula ot a table-top mixer. Finish by adding chocolate chips. Place cookie dough in the fridge to chill for 30-40 minutes.
Using a 3 oz scoop portion cookies and press flat with a fork on a cookie sheet that is oiled or covered with baking paper. Place into preheated 300 degree oven for approximately 18-20 minutes or until slightly golden brown.
Makes 2 dozen. Chew well and enjoy to the max!
